Shipping
Most products ship within 1-2 business days to United States addresses only. The standard shipping methods are USPS Ground Advantage, and USPS Priority for domestic orders. Free shipping promotions are shipped USPS Ground Advantage to United States addresses only. Most products are shipped from Mooresville, North Carolina, USA. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and may require extra handling time. REC MX LLC is not responsible for import duties/taxes and/or customs delays for your shipment.
Returns & Warranty
Our guarantee is limited to the replacement of defective products and its components only. This limited guarantee is for manufacture defects only for 30 days from date of purchase. No returns are accepted on new or used products after 30 days of purchase. Returns for warranty consideration must be approved by REC MX LLC. Prior to any return shipment, contact REC MX LLC for a Return Authorization number (RA#). New product must be in original packaging and in a condition fit to sell as new. Authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.
Liability
All REC MX products are inspected prior to packaging. Buyer assumes all risk for any and all damage caused to him or herself, a third party and/or property by virtue of this product. By installing and/or using a REC MX product, you hereby accept and understand these stated terms and conditions and have followed all instructional steps.
